This is my most common service and is usually the reason why the residential customer will first try to make contact with a Pest Controller, with Termite Control running a close second.

You might see a White Tip Spider or a couple of Cockroaches inside and want to get rid of them and prevent them from coming inside again: then this is where the General Pest Spray comes in.

Think of it like a yearly car service: it will maintain your indoor and outdoor living and entertaining areas from most creepy crawly's for between 9 - 12 months. In fact, you will get 6 Months Inside warranty and 3 Months outside warranty with this service.

Please note that the General Pest Service is not for Termite, Rodent or severe infestation (these will require specific treatments) but is highly effective for the treatment of mild to medium pest levels: especially when reapplied annually. Whether you're tired of constantly cleaning cobweb's, want to keep the Spiders outside or maintain your home after having a pest problem, then this is the service for you.

You will get the Inside/Outside of your home sprayed, a light mist put on the ceiling - this will help with Fly control , the Roof Void Dusted and the Sheds and Fences Sprayed - If you don't want all of this done, then of course the price will be cheaper: at MD Pest Control we tailor every job to your personal specifications and there are no hidden costs.
