We feel that the residential customer is our "niche" in a very broad industry that is Pest Control and think it is a privilege that you would ask us to come into your home. We would like to think that we are the SPECIALIST in the Pest Control industry for the every day householder and will do our very best for you, even if we only see you once. Other bigger companies won't give you that one-on-one experience as they don't have the time and have higher overheads. They will normally focus on their commercial and bigger customers and some may even treat you as a NUISANCE, or at least that is the way it seems. That will never happen with us. Michael will do his very best for you, won't leave you in trouble and understands that repeat business is the true gauge of customer service. Tammy will carry out the follow up and will do her very best to get in touch with every one of you. Allan is a true gentleman who helps out where he can and keeps the back office running smoothly.
