Year round Protection & Peace of Mind payment plan.MD Pest Control are pleased to offer you a year round piece of mind program. This program came about due to having some of my customers in the Armed services. They were looking for a service where everything was done for them while they were away from home. If there was a problem I was on call to go out and fix it. By modifying the Commercial Pest Control plan, I was able to offer a new range of pre-scheduled, part-payment service. These services are now extended to all my clients.
An unexpected consequence of this plan is that it has allowed people who would not normally be able to utilise my services to have the ability to budget for them as it has monthly and three monthly payment options. This has now seen me do the all important yearly Termite Inspection on houses that have not had one for years, which turned out very lucky for a couple of clients. The idea of pre-scheduled, part-payment services has been floated in the Pest Control Industry for a long time, but again, the residential householder has missed out and savings provided to the "bigger" commercial customers. As far as I know there is only one other company doing this for the residential customer and no one else in the Jim's group. Book a 12 MONTH PROTECTION PLAN and receive a minimum of 4 service appointments throughout the year to protect your home and loved ones. Not only will you save money, but your pest problems will become a thing of the past. $580.00 - includes: 2 general pest sprays, rodent control, termite inspection & call outs : $48.33 per month or $145 for 3 monthly payments - SAVE $245.00 If you don't want or need the termite inspection (some people are locked into a contract with some companies and can't get out due to warranty concerns) then the cheaper option is for you. $480.00 - includes: 2 General pest sprays & rodent control & call outs : $40 per month or $120 for 3 monthly payments. - SAVE $125.00 Termite control, Bird control, Possum and Bed Bugs are not included in these programs.
